LIFETIME INSTALLATION WARRANTY

Floorcrafters guarantees the quality of installation to be professional and in keeping with the standard's of the industry. This warranty is valid for the original owner-occupied residential installation performed by Floorcrafters or its authorized independent contractor. Should installation service attributable to the original installation be required, Floorcrafters will provide service to the original owner at no cost for as long as they occupy the residence.

This warranty will become invalid if the condition of the flooring is altered due to improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, changes in the condition of the subfloor due to, but not limited to, cracking or shifting, vandalism, or alteration by any contractor other than Floorcrafters.

Additional charges necessary to complete repairs that are not covered after the first year for moving furniture, mileage costs, etc. will be the responsibility of the home owner.
