LIFETIME INSTALLATION WARRANTY
Floorcrafters guarantees that our installations meet professional industry standards. This warranty is valid for the original owner-occupied residential installation performed by Floorcrafters or our authorized independent contractors. Should any service related to the original installation be required, Floorcrafters will provide it to the original owner at no cost for as long as they occupy the residence.
Exceptions to the lifetime warranty include all floating floors (luxury vinyl planks, vinyl tiles, laminate, and floating hardwood), which are covered for one year following the completion of installation.
Please note that this warranty is void if the flooring is altered due to improper maintenance, cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, vandalism, or changes in the subfloor (such as cracking or shifting). Alterations made by any contractor other than Floorcrafters will also invalidate this warranty.
After the first year, any additional charges necessary to complete repairs not covered by the warranty—including furniture moving and mileage costs—will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
This warranty will become invalid if the condition of the flooring is altered due to improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, changes in the condition of the subfloor due to, but not limited to, cracking or shifting, vandalism, or alteration by any contractor other than Floorcrafters.
Additional charges necessary to complete repairs that are not covered after the first year for moving furniture, mileage costs, etc. will be the responsibility of the home owner.
